Help!!! I don't know how to use the material!
No problem at all! We are of course at your service with the necessary manuals. We find it very important that the user knows in advance how to use the purchased material. After all, you will have to use it when you are in a stress situation. So reading up beforehand is recommended. After all, how you apply something is your own responsibility. Go to the ‘manuals’ button!
But how do I best put it in the kit?
In short: the way you want it. All we can say here is: know where everything is, know how everything works, and make it a habit.
The manual is not in my language!
No problem either! Just send us an e-mail asking for a translation. We will then do our best to deliver it to you as correctly as possible. The manuals are already available in Dutch and English.
I am in a club and we want to buy kits/packs/material in bulk.

I want one item from a pack or one item from a kit, and not what is provided.
The kits and packs have been put together after much thought to be as useful as possible and to give everyone several opportunities to assemble and choose. As the products are offered, so are they sold. Maybe take a look at the individual products?
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been prepared, you will receive a track&trace number. With this number you can check where your order is located. As soon as your package is scanned by our courier, you will be able to follow the update via the track&trace number.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are not at home during delivery, the package will be dropped off at the nearest postal point.
Via the track and trace you can always find in which postal point the package was delivered.
You can also communicate your delivery preference (e.g. safe place) to the courier service, so they can take your wishes into account.
My parcel is listed as delivered, but I haven't received anything. What now?
Have you checked with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered there? If it was not delivered there either, the courier service may still come to deliver the package during the day.

I live nearby and would prefer to pick up my order.
No problem! Indicate ‘pick up’ and I will contact you via email to arrange a pick up time.
